The services we offer include creche and childcare for members, functional training, personal training, resistance training, military style resistance training, mobility training, plyometrics, group fitness classes, boxing, weight loss programs, meal plans, calisthenics, MMA, martial

arts, professional fitness advice, as well as nutrition, and dietary advice. Our group classes develop all elements of fitness including strength, cardiovascular endurance, combat prowess, core stability, functional movement. We also sell supplements, pre-packaged meals, and fitness merchandise. Although we are located in Kingsgrove, we service clients from areas such as Belmore, Bexley, Roselands, Campsie, Bexley North, Clenton Park, and all surrounding areas.
