Our Fitness Centre will be CLOSED on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day and open for selected hours during the holiday period. For full hours, check the website.

The Aqua class was a splash of fun! 🎈💦
We worked hard, had a blast, and even celebrated with some red balloons! 🎉💪 From muscle-toning moves to cardio conditioning, we had a great workout. Can't wait for the next one!
