Holes 1 & 18 are officially BACK ⛳️

On Friday afternoon we welcomed members and guests to celebrate the return of our 1st and 18th holes after five months out.

A huge thank you to and his team for the countless hours and attention to detail that brought these holes back to life. The results speak for themselves 👏

We had our reigning Club Champions tee off first to christen the new holes, and it didn’t take long before the first birdie dropped 🐥

Food and drinks were flowing thanks to .bar.grill, rounding out a great afternoon at the club.

🌟 Club Championships – Final Round Recap! 🌟

What a day for golf! Played under clear blue skies and warm spring weather, the course was once again presented to the highest standard, just as it has been over the past two weeks — a true test for every player who teed it up. ⛳️✨

🏆 A Grade
Scott Robertson has done it again, capturing his 5th Club Championship! It didn’t come easy — Chris Stemi clawed back from 7 shots behind to tie things up with just 4 holes to play. A couple of late missteps cost him, but an incredible fightback saw him finish as a very deserving runner-up.👏

🏆 A Reserve
A story of redemption for Bobby Farrugia! After losing a big lead in the final round a few years ago, this time Bobby held strong and stayed composed to bring home the title. A fantastic effort and a well-earned victory! 🔥

🏆 B Grade
Mick Kelly showed toughness and consistency all day, hanging on to take the title by 3 shots over Scott Guthrie. Solid golf from start to finish! 💪

🏆 C Grade
A thrilling finish saw Stephen Pracy mount an impressive comeback from 6 shots back, capitalising after 3rd-round leader John Kyriazis slipped late. Joel Stell grabbed 2nd place on a countback — another tight finish! ⛳️⚡️

Foursome Championships – Round 1 Recap

What a fantastic start to this year's Foursome Championships last Saturday! Played in perfect weather conditions, the competition was fierce across all grades. A special mention goes to the newly reopened 13th hole, which added a fresh challenge and was well received by players.

In A Grade, the highlight of the day came from Mark Reynolds, who aced the final hole—a sensational finish that helped him and partner Scott Robertson tie for the lead at 2 over par alongside the consistent duo of Harley Holohan and Scott Campbell.

Hot on their heels, just one shot back, are Pearse Fonnelly and Daniel Dunne, setting the stage for what promises to be a thrilling second round this coming Saturday.

The excitement isn't limited to A Grade—across all grades, there's only a single shot separating the leading teams. It's anyone’s game heading into Round 2.

Best of luck to all players next weekend. We’re in for a cracker of a finish! ⛳

Senior Eastlake Open | What a Day! ⛳️☀️

A fantastic day at Eastlake Golf Club for the Senior Eastlake Open, with a strong field of 85 players enjoying perfect weather and a challenging course. The greens were rolling fast and true, putting everyone’s game to the test!

🏆 Winner of the day: Peter Tunks with a solid 75
🥈 Just one shot back was Chris Hicks (76), who also claimed the Over 65s Gross Prize
🏅 Net Winner: Trent Chapman with a sharp 71
🥈 Net Runner-Up: Barry Poole (74 c/b)
👴 Over 65s Net Winner: Rod Goulding

🏆 C**k of the Walk Champions! 🏆

Huge congratulations to John Kyriazis and Michael Dimento for an epic victory today in a tense showdown against defending champs Stephen O’Brien and Patrick Clarke.

O’Brien and Clarke were 2 down with 3 to play and clawed their way back to tie it up after 18 — a gutsy comeback from the reigning champs! But after 20 hard-fought holes, Kyriazis and Dimento sealed the deal on the 2nd extra hole.

Incredible match, brilliant golf. Well played, gents! 👏⛳️

Not one, but TWO hole-in-ones on Saturday! 🎯
👏 Huge congratulations to Paul Gale on his first ever ace on the 17th hole, and to our club president Matthew Zee, who nailed his second on hole 2B. Incredible stuff!

What an afternoon! ⛳✨
Last Saturday, nearly 100 incredible women came together for a Golf Fore Her event led by PGA Professional and Eastlake’s own teaching instructor, .

From dart chipping 🎯 to a mini putting clinic, the smiles were wide and the vibes were high! Add in some flowing food and drinks on a gorgeous winter afternoon, and it was the perfect showcase of how fun and inclusive golf truly is. 💜

Golf Fore Her (.foreher) is all about breaking down barriers and creating welcoming golf experiences for women of all ages and skill levels—and this event was a brilliant example of that mission in action.

Eastlake was proud to support such a fantastic event and see our community come alive through the game. 🙌

👏 Huge congrats to James and the Golf Fore Her team for putting together such a vibrant and empowering day.
