🎄✨ Christmas came early to the pool last week, and it was nothing short of magical!

Our annual Christmas Race Night brought out the Grinch, Reindeers, Santa, Mrs. Claus (yes, they're a couple! 💚❤️), and the most important ingredient of all—pure fun.

From Santa relays to dolphin races, our swimmers showed incredible courage and celebrated their skills in the most supportive, pressure-free environment. Because that's what we do best at In The Deep—we cheer loud, swim fast, and rally around each other no matter what.

This event is always the highlight of our term. Watching our students tackle challenges that might usually feel intimidating—that's what it's all about for us. Every single one of you has a story of showing up, doing the hard work, pushing through, and achieving something amazing this year. We're so grateful to be part of it.

Even if you couldn't make it to Race Night, know that we love being part of your swimming journey. Our In The Deep family is truly special and we think the best in the world ✨, and we're so proud of every single one of you.

What a year. Here's to celebrating success, building confidence, and swimming into 2026 together! 🎉

We gave our community a gift this term—but honestly? We're the ones who received something magical. ✨

Our first round of Squirteenies—free baby swimming classes for 3–5 month olds—just wrapped up, and we're still pinching ourselves over the cuteness overload. 🥹💙

Watching tiny water babies discover the pool for the first time, seeing parents bloom with confidence, and feeling the pure joy radiating from every splash—this is what community is all about.

Four classes of absolute magic. Parents supporting parents, all experiencing this together for the first time. Babies bringing smiles to everyone around them. Land barriers removed, beautiful moments created, and skills learned that will make the water a special place for so many families!

Thank you to every family who joined us and became part of the In The Deep family. You ended our year on the highest note possible. ❤️

🌊 THE WALL: Every swimmer's first best friend 🌊

That edge of the pool isn't just concrete—it's what I call "our safe place." It's the constant companion for every little swimmer in our journey.

Watch how our little ones transform from tentatively gripping the edge to confidently walking their fingers along it, using it as their home base for exploration (not too far though!).

The wall provides so much more than just a boundary:

✨ A breathing station

Building this relationship with the wall is one of the first and most important skills we develop. It creates a foundation of safety that allows for growth and adventure in the water.
