Picked up this gem of a book while on holiday. In it his first recommendation is to start your day by saying ‘Today is going to be a great day’ - I’ve been incorporating this into my morning routine and guess what, it works. Any change you want to make, and stick to, needs to be done in small steps - tiny habits. Give it a read, give it a try. You can thank me later.
