with their clients busy lifestyle. KMC is a very flexible organisation that caters for individual sessions to group sessions at times that are more convenient for the client. All sessions are outdoors and utilise the beautiful beaches as well as the parks in and around the tweed coast area. KMC fitness sessions combine resistance exercises to increase bone density and increase muscle mass which increases a higher metabolic rate to burn fat during the workout and continue to burn fat for hours after. Cardiovascular is also included in the sessions and this can range from running to swimming and cycling. Individual sessions can be designed around a specific sport or goal that the client wants to achieve. KMC is offers mobile aqua sessions that can be carried out in the convenience of your own home.

Come and join me tomorrow in the cudgen creek from 1130am till 330pm for a 12km swim !!! We have raised over $1300 for Sam Ford ..I would love to raise another $700 and get it to $2000 before i hop out of the water at 330pm ..paddlers welcome,SUPs welcome, swimmers welcome ..look out for the green canoe and green cap ...BAM !!! Time to ask for donations for sam ford a young man who was cowardly hit on his 18th birthday and is now 24 yrs old.I have been working with Sam over the last 3 years and he has made such huge progress with the help of making strides,physiotherapists and myself as a personal trainer. Everyday is a struggle for Sam as he suffered a stroke is partially paralysed down the right side of his body, his vision and hearing is impaired and spends his days wheelchair bound. Sam is one determined man who gives me inspiration everytime i work with him..enough inspiration to train to complete the UNASSISTED 20km Rottnest Island channel crossing in Western Australia on the 27th February 2016. Therefore i am asking for individuals, families, fitness groups to donate to the trust account for sam ford ..lets help sam walk UNASSISTED again!
