Hi gorgeous people. Missing you all and classes like crazy ! Words cannot express what your generosity did for me. Best holiday ever !!! THANK YOU all from the bottom of my heart for that so very special Friday night at my beautiful friends Neil and Katrinas. So much to tell... Will be in potty all next week for catch ups ! Been hectic but finally done... Loved Darwin, gave real estate notice, packed house up, had a sale, bond cleaned and now ready for the big move and training/studying hard applying for the fireys nxt week. My last post !!!!!...... till the day I post and let you know that I'm back....... one day :) Thanks to everyone for making my last day at Pottsville such a memorable one. It was just awesome to see you all busting your guts with me one last time ! how will another job even begin to compare ?! I Have loved every moment. After roughly 2400 times of unpacking The van setting up & repacking, it was the only thing I didn't miss this morning hehe Take Care and love to you all. Stay in touch and Stay in shape ;) !!!! After playing footy Saturday I couldn't read let alone reply to the abundance of lovely heart felt Facebook and text/voice messages :( !!! :) Thank you all so much I was truly touched ! There are MANY reasons why I have made this decision and there are Sooooooo MANY POSITIVES that outweigh the irrelevant negatives that I will be taking with me :) I will be leaving "Facebook" as of tomorrow YEY :) !!! but you know my number and I know yours and I am sure to stay in touch and let you know of my future endeavours and if I ever start instructing classes again i will be sure to let you all know ! I wish you all the very best... Hi everyone I apologise I cannot call u all personally and hoped most of you received my text but it is with a heavy heart and regret that I need to inform you all that Tara's outdoor group fitness will be closing down as of next week. Believe me after five years of successful business this decision has not been taken lightly, unfortunately I need to do the right thing for myself and move on to a more secure position. Please come down for a last Hoorah Last classes will be : Monday 11th at Kingy and Tuesday the 12th at Potty. Lastly and most importantly I would like to thank my dear mum and dad for their unconditional love without their support I would not have ran for as long as I did. A massive Thankyou to everyone but I would like to particularly make a special Thanks from the bottom of my heart to those of you who have showed me Respect, sincerity, support, friendship and most of all loyalty. Running a personal business of my nature you'd probably never know just how much I appreciated this and I know we will stay close friends. Love Tara X

Hi everyone !!! Just a quick touch base :) Its 100 and 18 days till Summer whoop whoop And........ summer bodies are made in winter .I understand it's not as motivating getting up in the cold but it's actually way more rewarding once your into it and I'm sure the worst of is nearly over !!! Thanks for braving the cold weather I'm fully stoked to have ur support, if you've been making excuses then NOW's the time to change ! MID August SPECIAL for ALL starting next Monday 11th till Thursday 29th : 6 classes 2 per week plus home program for the last 3 weeks of August normally ( $23 for 2 classes each week = total $69) mid August special only. $55 cash on arrival !!!!! It was all about Protein last night ! YUM and full of goodness.... I used a light cooking spray in a nonstick pan and fried fresh salmon then calamari and prawns with freshly chopped garlic ! Served on leafs of lettuce with 4 thin potato slices :) ENJOY
