Teaming up with 2012 Olympian, fitness professional & performance educator and mindset coach to deliver a 1 day immersive on mental and physical resilience for youth boys.

The Peaceful Warrior program will focus on.
- Understanding the power and influence of belief
- Developing mental & physical resilience
- Exploring the impact of attitude & behaviour
- Creating a pathway to achieving goals to live an intrinsically fulfilling life

Positive influence beyond parents is critical for young male development. Wisdom from mentors and coaches takes pressure off parents by allowing a fresh voice to spark curiosity, knowledge and intrinsic challenge into youth.
