This morning I feel like a porridge but not my usual one. I want to level it up and make it even more wholesome. Oats, quinoa, chia seeds and flaxseeds simmering/stiring in milk for 20-25 minutes, add cinnamon and a little Canadian maple syrup plus your favourite fruit et voila Enjoy
