A massive congratulations to two of our Kingscliff Hockey Club junior girls, who have both been named PLAYER OF THE YEAR in their respective competitions! 💚🖤🤍

What an incredible achievement and one that is so thoroughly deserved!

Both girls have been putting in the hard yards for years. They have represented at numerous rep carnivals, continued to challenge themselves, turned up week after week and shown the dedication, commitment and attitude that makes great players.

These awards aren't just about talent they're recognition of the time, effort, sacrifice and love for the game they've put in year after year.

And behind every junior achievement is a family making it happen.

A MASSIVE shout-out to their parents the early mornings, travel, training, games, rep carnivals, organising everything behind the scenes and constantly supporting their girls. These awards belong to you guys as well!

And to all the Kingscliff coaches and volunteers who have helped teach, develop and encourage these girls along the way thank you. This is exactly why we invest so much into our juniors.

To see two of our young girls reach this level and be recognised as the best players in their competitions is something our whole club should be incredibly proud of.

The future of our club is looking bright! 💚🖤🤍🏑

🏆💚 U14s GRAND FINAL CHAMPIONS! 💚🏆
WHAT A GAME!

Our U14s have done it! After an incredible grand final that went all the way into shoutouts, our young side showed incredible determination, composure and team spirit to come away with the win!

Yesterday wasn't just about the result. It was about two teams of great young players putting everything out there and producing a truly special grand final.

To both teams you should be incredibly proud of yourselves. The future of hockey is looking very bright with kids like these coming through!

🏑 FINALS WEEKEND WRAP-UP 💚

What a massive weekend of finals hockey for Kingscliff! Some incredible performances, some heartbreak, and plenty more to play for.

Open Women
Our Open Women fought all the way in a fantastic Grand Final, going down. A huge effort to make the Grand Final and a massive congratulations to the girls on an outstanding season. You should all be incredibly proud!

U14s Mixed
Great win by our youngest superstars booking themselves a spot in the Grand final!

Division 3 Men
STRAIGHT THROUGH TO THE GRAND FINAL!
The boys got the job done and have earned their spot in the big one. One more to go!

Division 2 Men
A tough loss, but the season isn't over yet! The boys get another chance this week in a do-or-die battle for a place in the Grand Final.

Division 3 Women
WINNERS!
The girls have booked their place in the Grand Final after another huge performance. Bring on the big one!

Division 1 Women
A heartbreaking finish in a nail-biter, going down in the shootout. The girls left absolutely everything out on the field and should be incredibly proud of the season they've put together.

What a massive weekend ahead for Kingscliff Hockey Club!

We’ve got finals hockey across the club, with our Open Women kicking things off Friday night in their Grand Final at Gold Coast Hockey Centre!

Then Saturday is all about getting behind our teams at Hockey Tweed. We’ve got 5 massive finals, so let’s get as many Kingy people there as possible, fill the sidelines, wear the green and make some noise! 💚📣

Every team has worked hard all season to get here now it’s time for us to show them what ONE CLUB is all about.

What an achievement! Debbie has just returned from Rotterdam representing Australia A 45s, competing on the international stage and coming away with a SILVER MEDAL after making the IMC Final! 🥈🏆

Well done to our Kingscliff Hockey Club representatives who proudly wore the Hockey Tweed colours today at the u12s Southern Cross Carnival at Downey Park, Brisbane today.

A huge congratulations to Mila, who represented as an umpire, and to our players Peyton, Amelia, Zar, Elodi, Summer, Grace and Freya.

You all represented both Hockey Tweed and Kingscliff Hockey Club with pride, outstanding sportsmanship and incredible hockey. We couldn't be prouder of the way you conducted yourselves on and off the field.

Well done to each and every one of you. The future of our club is in great hands, and we can't wait to see what you all achieve in your hockey careers 💚🖤🏑

What an incredible Legends Day at Kingscliff Hockey Club! 💚🖤🤍

A massive thank you to everyone who made the day such a success our amazing volunteers, players, coaches, umpires, sponsors, families, and supporters.

It was fantastic to welcome all of the visiting teams back to our grass fields and see the club buzzing with hockey from our juniors right through to the seniors. The atmosphere all day was outstanding, with great games, plenty of laughs, good food, live music, and so many familiar faces catching up.

Thank you to everyone who came along and helped make it a day to remember. We can't wait to do it all again next year!
