🏑 HOME GAME NIGHT AT KINGSCLIFF HOCKEY CLUB! 🏑

Next Wednesday night our senior men's team will be playing at home taking on Mullumbimby Hockey Club and we'd love to see plenty of club support on the sidelines!

All of our juniors are encouraged to stick around after training to watch the game and enjoy a slize off pizza courtesy of the club and cheer on the boys.

It's a fantastic opportunity for our young players to see the game played at a senior level.

Young Ollie scores a goal in his very first U8s game! 🏑💥

The future is looking bright for this little legend. Coming from great sporting stock, with his dad and grandfather both local sporting legends and heavily involved in our community, it’s awesome to see Ollie following in their footsteps already.

First game, first goal and plenty more memories to come. We can’t wait to watch his hockey journey unfold. 🏑💚

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of one of our former players Thomas Holt.

He played all of his junior hockey with Kingy and continued on into our senior sides.

His family has a long and proud history with our club, with generations involved in Kingy Hockey over many years.

Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with his family and friends during this difficult time.

Since she was a little girl, Fiona has lived and breathed hockey. Countless hours of training, unwavering dedication, and a passion for the game have led her to this moment. She’s always pushed herself to be better, and now all that hard work has been rewarded with selection in the Brisbane Blaze squad.

A proud young talent from Kingy, Fiona is proof that dreams can become reality when you love what you do and never stop working for it.

Hat-trick hero Liam! 🏑🔥

At just 8 years old, little Liam scored a brilliant hat-trick in his U11s game this morning. A fantastic effort and a reward for all his hard work and enthusiasm.

To top it off, he then finished the morning by helping out the U14s, coming off the bench and stepping up against much older players.

Three goals and backing up in the U14s an outstanding morning for a young superstar. Well done, Liam! 👏⭐

At 73 years young, Bob is in his first season back after a 3-year break and absolutely loving life in 3rd Grade with his mates.

Sure, he may have missed a few goals lately… but according to Bob, it’s all due to the "bad passing" 😂

In all seriousness, it’s fantastic to have Bob back out on the field, proving that age is just a number and hockey is for everyone.

If Bob can lace up the boots at 73 and get back into the game, what’s stopping you!?

Two of our U11 legends score there first ever hockey goals! 💚🏑

A huge congratulations to Vann and Vincent for both scoring goals this morning for Kingscliff Hockey Club.

🔥 Vann is in his very first season of hockey and has already found the back of the net in just his 5th game! He got into hockey after watching his little sister play, and it’s fantastic to see his confidence growing every week.

⭐ Vincent has been part of the club for several years, following in the footsteps of his big sister. His first goal has taken a little longer, but with four more years still to play in U11s, this is a well-deserved reward for all his hard work and dedication.

Vincent was named after his late grandfather, a proud life member of our club. We know he would be looking down with a huge smile and feeling incredibly proud.

Well done boys the first of many goals to come! 💚🖤🥅🏑
