Our May Gym Challenge - Bench Press & Push-Up Ladder! 💪
1 Bench Press > 1 Push Up
2 Bench Press > 2 Push Ups... & so on

The Rules:
• Choose a weight you could normally do for 12–15 reps
• Bar must touch the chest with a full range of motion
• No bouncing the bar
• Push-ups must be chest to floor

How far can you get?
Place your score on the board and challenge your friends! Plus, there are prizes up for grabs!
