CORE CHALLENGE
Post leg session core work.
Challenge yourself with 2 or 3 rounds.
20 seconds of each with a 10 second break in between. Yikes 😜

Workout for a new mum.

This workout is low impact and combines resistance and interval cardio work. Great place to start if you’re trying to build your fitness back up. Remember to get clearance from your GP before starting a new program after having a bub though. This workout was programmed for a new mum with no significant abdominal separation.

After warming up complete the strength workout for 5 mins, then follow with interval 1. Rest for 60 seconds then repeat strength circuit for another 5 minutes then complete interval 2. Finish up with 3 rounds of the abs and glute circuit.

My Wednesday Warriors can rest assured that I put myself through the paces once they go home. Solid effort from the girls with one of our favourite express formats.

4 rounds in total - 3 exercises per round. Complete each of the 3 exercise for 30 seconds then rest for 30. Complete 3 rounds of each and you have yourself a tidy little 24 min workout. Surely we all have time for that right!

7 MINUTE ABS 😁

A nice little burn to finish off with today. Would usually add this type of core work after a run or weights session. Ouch 🔥🔥🔥

Complete 3 rounds of each -
25 secs on exercise A, 25 secs on exercise B, rest for 10 seconds and start again.

Set 1: Toes to bar / Standing oblique crunch

Rest 1 minute, then

Set 2: Crab press / Commando plank
