I’m Emma, owner of Inflow Kingaroy and now Inflow Caloundra. Kingaroy has grown into a space for movement, strength and recovery (yes, including our beloved saunas!), and next year we’re expanding even more with new teachers and class styles.

And now… Caloundra. A whole new community to love, connect with and grow alongside.
