Whether it's a junior athlete learning the fundamentals, a member chasing a personal best, or competitors preparing for State and National events, every match is an opportunity to grow.

Established in 1962, the South Burnett Pistol Club continues to provide a safe, inclusive and supportive environment for members of all experience levels. The club offers a variety of disciplines including ISSF, Service Pistol, IPSC, WA1500, Black Powder and Air Pistol.

Success in target shooting isn't about being better than someone else.

It's about being better than you were last match.

Entries for the ISSF Target Pistol Australia Nationals close in just 5 days!

Wishing the very best of luck to our South Burnett Pistol Club members who’ll be competing alongside the nation’s top shooters 🇦🇺🎯

We’re really sorry to anyone who may have missed out on securing a spot so far, the response to this year’s Nationals has been incredible, with entries in most matches already surpassing both 2024 and 2025. It’s especially exciting to see such strong growth in the WSPS events.
The good news is that spaces are still available in most matches. As noted in the Event Information, if you missed out on Rapid or Centre Fire, please send us an email at [email protected] so we can add you to the waitlist. We genuinely want to give everyone the best chance possible - but we can only help if we know you’re interested.
Thank you for your patience and enthusiasm. We’re working hard behind the scenes to accommodate as many athletes as we can, and we’re looking forward to an amazing Nationals!

Congratulations to our SBPC juniors Jarvis & Ava for their recent results in the Target Pistol Australia junior’s postal shoot.

Another productive and successful working bee was completed today on the 50m range.

Thank you to all members who turned up for your continued support.

The back bank is now covered with carpet, and we can start looking at sheeting the roof and erecting the turning target system.

We look forward to seeing you at the next working bee.
