What an exciting month June is promising to be! 🎉Here is your reminder that our 6-WEEK WINTER CHALLENGE is kicking off next Monday 1 June. 🔥
🏋️♀️ Make sure you get your InBody scan done before we kick off so you have a benchmark to check your progress at the end of the 6 weeks. Grab any of the trainers who can help you get your scan completed this week.
🏋Fitness testing will start on 1 June - both strength (bench press) and cardio (there will be options to choose from).
🥇As before, there will be weekly mini challenges for you to complete, with a chance to win awesome prizes for everyone who enters the weekly draw.
🥬We're lucky enough to have Karen from join us on 31 May at 9.15 am to deliver a free nutrition seminar for members. Karen will be sharing practical nutrition advice, tips for staying on track during the challenge and providing support for anyone wanting to improve their diet and end results.
