A Backyard Masterpiece by A S Lodge

A beautifully designed private pickleball court, delivered in Seymour with extremely limited site access.

From the initial excavation through to the final installation, our team managed every stage of the project with precision and attention to detail — proving once again that no site is too challenging for the A S Lodge team.

Scope of works included:

• Pickleball net and posts

We’re proud to showcase another exceptional private tennis court completed by the AS Lodge team in one of Melbourne’s most prestigious suburbs.

Set on the banks of the Yarra River, this luxury residential project presented one of the most challenging site access conditions we have encountered. With extremely limited access, every stage of construction required detailed planning, careful coordination, and precision ex*****on.

Using cranes and a punt to safely transport materials over the existing home, our experienced team successfully delivered a premium tennis court while maintaining the highest standards of quality and workmanship.

✔ Removal of the existing grass surface
✔ Grinding and preparation of the existing concrete slab
✔ Installation of premium APT ProBounce CoolPlus synthetic grass surface for exceptional playability and comfort

Another stunning transformation completed by the AS Lodge team in the prestigious suburb of Toorak, Victoria.

Designed as the ultimate private sports and entertainment space, this premium tennis court combines professional performance with luxury residential aesthetics, creating a space the entire family can enjoy year-round.

One of the biggest challenges on this project was the extremely limited site access. Every stage of the construction required careful planning and coordination, with 🏗️cranes used to safely lift and position materials over the existing home. Despite the difficult access, our experienced team delivered the project to the highest standard with precision and efficiency.

This versatile court has been purpose-built to maximise play and functionality, featuring a full-size pickleball court and futsal line markings, also futsal goal posts builtin within the fence enclosure.

The project also includes premium synthetic grass surrounds, a full perimeter chain mesh fence, engineered subsurface drainage for year-round performance, and retaining walls to suit the site’s natural levels.
