A wonderful suprise this morning when after all the hard work & intensive training Master Chris got his certificate for his 5th Dan Kukkiwon & it was made even better having both his Trainers - Master John & Grand Master Rob there to present it too him.

This morning’s open mat poomsae training at Bundoora dojang. Black belt Instructors from 8 clubs across Victoria and NSW. Training wednesday and fridays mornings, 7am to 8am. All welcome.

A Massive weekend of Gradings.
Master Chris completed his Kukkiwon panel grading yesterday and today we had our club grading.
Congratulations to everyone who completed their grading today and congratulations to our new black belts. You all did an amazing job and we are very proud of you

Type 1 Diabetes is a disease which is not commonly spoken about and a lot of people don’t understand how bad or how much this illness can effect a person’s life
Master Chris will be doing this walk in support of his partner Mel who has been battling the illness for over 35 years.
