Hello KDLA community, we need your help!
This Saturday the 12th of September at 9am, we are having a working bee at JJ Clancy Reserve to prepare for the start of the 2026/2027 season.
We'd be extremely grateful if some additional volunteers could come down and assist the committee.

Reminder of our upcoming AGM tonight, Monday, 20th of July 2026 at 6:30 PM at Trackside in the "Golden Reign Room" (enter through the northern entrance of trackside).
Anyone and everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend.

Kilmore & District Little Athletics Centre is officially announcing our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM)! All club families and members are invited to attend as we set ourselves up for the season ahead.

• When: Monday, 20th of July 2026
• Time: 6:30 PM
• Where: Trackside “Golden Reign Room” + Online Via Microsoft Teams

At the AGM, all committee positions will be declared vacant. To ensure our kids can keep hitting the track, we are actively seeking nominations for the following roles:

🔑 Critical Executive Roles:
• Secretary (Manages brief meeting minutes & basic club emails)
• Registrar (Coordinates online member registrations)

🛡️ Mandatory Compliance & Representative Roles:
• Child Safety Officer (Mandatory role ensuring a safe, positive environment for our kids)
• JJ Clancy Committee of Management Representative
• Region Delegates (x2)

💼 General Committee Portfolios:
• Assistant Secretary
• Assistant Treasurer
• Canteen Director
• Grounds & Equipment Director
• Recording Director
• Volunteer Coordinator
• General Committee Members
Note: All current ongoing committee members must renominate, and fresh nominations are highly encouraged for all roles!

It was wonderful to see so many of our KDLA kids representing us at the Mitchell District Cross Country championships yesterday.

The Kilmore CFA is looking for a few community helpers to assist with our Good Friday Appeal collection this year.

Every year this appeal raises vital funds to support sick children and their families, and we’d love the community’s help to make it another great effort.
