hi guys update . we will remain closed tonight as this weather is relentless and the gym has not dried up at the doorway as yet . hoping to resume tuesday next week after a good clean up this weekend . cheers

hi all due to rain and water in the gym we will have to close the doors as walking on the mats is goimg to bring the water to the top of the mats . please pass onto any other students thanks

ATTENTION all boxing students we are currently changing our boxing class times. We are now combining our junior class and adults classes each starting at 7.00 Tuesday and Thursdays this is to accommodate our trainer Georges times for work and class numbers.please pass onto fellow students and help spread the word. Please make sure we are arriving atleast 10 minutes early for class thankyou all
