Further event details will be released in the coming months, so be sure to keep an eye on this page. Please note, this is our only official social media page. We will never create event pages, send friend requests, or affiliate with other pages - if you see anything claiming otherwise, it is not us.

At this stage, trade and food stall applications are not yet available, and event and camping ticket information has not been released. Please follow our page for all official updates as they become available.

📣 AGM Rescheduled

Following recent weather and power outages, the Kilcoy Rodeo Committee Inc Annual General Meeting has been rescheduled to Tuesday 16th December 2025 at 6:30pm.

The meeting will be held at the Kilcoy Visitor Information Centre, 41 Hope Street, Kilcoy.

All are welcome to attend.

Congratulations Hannah!

Last night, we attended the Near North Coast (NNC) Sub Chamber Regional Finals, proudly hosted this year by the Kilcoy Show Society.

The Kilcoy Rodeo Committee Inc. was honoured to sponsor this year’s NNC Senior Rural Ambassador finalist, Hannah Retschlag.

Hannah grew up on her family’s generational farm here in Sandy Creek and was joined on the night by her parents, Graham and Robyn, and grandparents, John and Denise - three generations from the same family farm coming together to celebrate and support.

Hannah is deeply passionate about representing and advocating for rural communities and we couldn’t be prouder of her achievements.

We’re thrilled to share that Hannah took out the win!

She will now go on to join the other sub chamber finalists throughout the 2026 show season, with the finals to be held at the Ekka in 2026.

Congratulations again Hannah, your dedication and community spirit make Kilcoy proud.

Kilcoy Rodeo Committee President Robbie Christie, Treasurer Elaine Williams and Secretary Rochelle Runge attended on behalf of the committee.

The Kilcoy Rodeo Committee would like to sincerely thank the Kilcoy Arts Society for their support at the 2025 Kilcoy Rodeo.

This amazing group of 13 volunteers jumped in to help across the weekend. The money will go towards building new wheelchair-accessible facilities and toilet at their venue.

The rodeo simply wouldn’t happen without the support of our incredible locals!

The Kilcoy Rodeo Committee would like to sincerely thank Hopetoun Lodge for their incredible help at the 2025 Kilcoy Rodeo.

This amazing team of 20 volunteers spent the weekend checking in all our campers and rodeo attendees, keeping everything running smoothly and with plenty of smiles!

We’re so grateful for your time, the rodeo truly wouldn’t be possible without legends like you!

What a weekend!

From the entire Kilcoy Rodeo Committee - thank you!

What an incredible weekend we had. While there are many individuals, groups, and businesses we’ll be thanking over the coming months, we wanted to take a moment to extend a big heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped bring our event to life and everyone who came along to support it.

The Kilcoy Rodeo Committee Inc. is a small, not-for-profit association made up of local volunteers who came together with one goal - to bring rodeo back to Kilcoy and create a fun, memorable event for our community to enjoy.

Each year, we aim to grow this event - not just to entertain, but to raise funds and give back. A portion of the proceeds from the rodeo are proudly donated to other organisations within the Kilcoy district.

Thank you for being part of it. We’re already looking forward to doing it all again in 2026… after we’ve had a good rest, haha!
