🏆 GRAND FINAL NIGHT – IT’S GAME ON! 🏆

After an absolutely gripping Preliminary Final last Wednesday, where both matches went right down to the wire and were decided by tiebreakers, we now have our Grand Final showdowns locked in and ready to explode tomorrow night at the Bowlsy!

Can the Assassins sink their targets, or will the Breakers smash their way to the title?

Four teams remain. Two premierships are on the line. Bragging rights, glory, and a season’s worth of hard work all come down to one night.

We’d love to see all players, supporters, and members of the public come along and support both the teams and the venue for what promises to be a cracking night of 8 Ball action.

Bill’s Tyre Centre Open Doubles

We may have had a small but mighty field of 11 teams for our Bills tyre centre Open Doubles on Saturday, but what a fantastic day it turned out to be!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and supported the event. It was great to welcome players from all over the region, including plenty of new faces. We love seeing our events bring people together and look forward to welcoming you back again.

One of the highlights of the day was having three teams featuring junior players. It’s fantastic to see juniors getting opportunities to compete, gain experience, and showcase their talent. The future of our sport is looking bright!

With a smaller field and plenty of time available, the event was played in a double elimination format right through to the finish.

Maurice and Melinda played consistently throughout the day to reach the final undefeated. Coming through the elimination side, Nathan and Richard faced the tough task of having to defeat Maurice and Melinda twice to claim the title. They rose to the challenge, taking the first match 3–1 before edging out a thrilling second match 3–2 to secure the win.

🥉 3rd – Aaron & Anora

The road to the grand final continues tomorrow night at the Bowlsy and it’s shaping up to be a cracker of a night on the tables!

This National Volunteer Week, we want to give a huge thank you to our amazing committee members who give up so much of their time behind the scenes to help make our little club the great place it is.

From organising comps, keeping things running smoothly, helping out wherever needed and always being there for our members, your hard work never goes unnoticed.

A big thank you also to our club members who are always willing to lend a hand when needed. Whether it’s helping set up, pack up, support events or simply looking out for one another, it all helps create the welcoming and friendly club we’re proud to be part of.

Volunteers are the heart of community clubs, and we appreciate every single one of you. 💙🎱
