Tuesday 2 June - Trophy Day sponsored by Sandra & Ron Sansom. Thank you Sandra & Ron for your continued support and a lovely day. The spider was won by Greg Staniforth. The touchers, for scratchies, were won by Tom Hunter, Ron Sansom, Col McGrath, Lyn Chandler, Sharon Walker, Denis Bleakley, Rhonda Cochran, Noel Lanes, Shirley Harvey & Damian Bathersby with many others winning chips for their touchers. Raffle winners were Maida Canciani & Jan Bathersby. Winners for the day, drawn out of the hat, were Lester Bechly, Margaret Worrall, Shirley Harvey, John Harvey, Rhonda Cochran, Tom Hunter, Renie Lachlan, Joe Hasson, Geoff Blogg & Maida Canciani.
Saturday 3 June - Turbo Triples. Neither jackpot was claimed this month. Raffle winners were Bill Watts, Lester Bechly, Ian Porter & Mick Jarman. Runners Up were the Kilcoy team of Lester Bechly, Wayne Preece & Alison Robertson. Winners were Mick Jarman, Adrian Rush & James Schiulaz.
Coming Events: Monday 8 June - Annual Ladies One Day Fours kindly sponsored by Traditional Funerals. We have a full green of visitors so any members who can give an hour or two to help will be greatly appreciated. Wednesday 10 June - Pub Day sponsored by GemLife Kilcoy Greens. Social bowls every Tuesday - names by 8.45am for 9.30 start. Everyone is welcome - experience is not necessary and we can loan you some bowls if needed. Flat soled shoes are the only requirement.

Thanks to Damian Bathersby I have a couple of videos from Turbo Triples that I was unable to post along with the photos in the report. And apparently I can only post one at a time. So enjoy. This video is the last bowl of the match between the 2 leading teams. The score was 10 all with one end to play. A win to either side gave them the winners of the day. In this shot Goughie needed to trail the Jack to win the day.

Thursday 21 May - Second Round D'Aguilar Shield held at Samford. Thanks to Samford for hosting another great day. At the end of the day the home ground advantage shone through with Samford taking out winners, runners up and two of the three round prizes. The other round win went to Kilcoy's team of Jenny Edwards, Bill Watts and Denis Bleakley. After two rounds the progressive scores are - Woodford 232, Kilcoy 201, Samford 186 and Dayboro 149.
Saturday 23 May - President & Patron's Day sponsored by President Lester Bechly and Patron Bill Edwards. Third place went to Lester Bechly, Greg Staniforth, Dozer Bechly & Peter Bell. Runners Up were the Yarraman team. Winners of the day were Noel Lanes, Aleck McCloskey, Dave Phillips & Ian Nugent. The Lucky Prize draw went to the Patron's team of Bill Watts, Gerry Carseldine, John Pratt & Bill Edwards.
Our trophy day, sponsored by Sandra & Ron Sansom, on Tuesday 26 May had to be postponed due to the wet weather. It will now be held on Tuesday 2 June.

It is with great sadness that we have heard of Elizabeth Frawley's passing. Liz was a great asset to our Club and is often mentioned by our Club members. We send our apologies for not being able to attend her Funeral . Liz was great fun on and off the Green and her cheerful outlook was uplifting to all. Our sincere condolences go to her family. RIP Liz.

The talented (and very patient) ladies from Kilcoy Courthouse Art Gallery will guide you through step by step. No artistic talent needed, just your sense of humour.
All art equipment and aprons provided. A glass of bubbles and individual savoury platters are included in the cost. $45pp.
Our Club and bar will be open. AsianBites Bites restaurant will be open for meals from 5:30pm.
