What a great cause🙌Everyone knows someone who has been affected by mental health & it’s been a pleasure to get in some cold water everyday. The ocean has always been my happy place & Its rare that I’ll go a day without swimming in the ocean, it clears my head and makes me feel great! Everything feels better after I’ve been for a swim in the ocean🌊🥰
At Kiama my clients also like to jump in the ocean after our workouts and I Must say from someone who really didn’t like the ocean much, Jo Eldridge & her daughter Sophie have been absolute Legends & got in Every single day in October ,rain, hail or shine!!
