Kiama 15B had another great game against Figtree, walking away with a 2-0 win!

A massive shoutout to Patrick and Louie from U14 who jumped in at very late notice to help us out! You two played extremely well!

🩵 As always, please arrive with plenty of time to complete your duties and make sure you have Ground Marshalls from your team wearing an orange vest.

🧡 If your team has been allocated Referee es**rt duties, please have one parent report to the Referee's Room (above the canteen) ten minutes before your team's kickoff.

🩵 If your team has been allocated Marquee assistance duties, please have at least one parent report to the marquee at the time indicated. You should rotate several parents through the role for your rostered on period so individual time at the marquee is minimal.

💙 Remember to show respect at all times to the Referees, Ground Marshalls and KJFC Officials.

Celebrating 50 years of Kiama Junior Football Club!

Kiama Junior Soccer Club was formed in 1975 but did not enter playing competition football until 1976.

The first committee met on the 2nd of July 1975 at 33 Girrawheen Avenue, Kiama and started a club to give the kids an option in sport.

They advertised for players in the Kiama Independent and had 80 kids turn up at Bombo Hill to the first training session.

In the weeks that followed, the committee held meetings to discuss constitution, playing grounds, strip, colours and logo.

At the AGM held at the Kiama Public School on the 19th of November 1975 the office bearers for the following season were voted in:

President: Eddie Kuit
Vice President: John Kadwell
Secretary: Don Crandell
Treasurer: Col Dickinson
Registrar: Ken Langstaff
Publicity Officer: Dorothy Crandell
Groundsman: Jack Ducker
Ground Marshal: Doug Haig

And after months of preparation and hard work, in 1976 competition soccer commenced in Kiama with pride.
