The Emergence community is thrilled to welcome Tarina to the studio - she will be offering Vinyasa practice on Wednesdays at 9.30am starting 1st April. Her first class will be by donation - come practice with and meet Tarina🙏 In her own words:

Tarina Ridis is an international yoga teacher, spiritual mentor, and mother of three, bringing over two decades of experience in movement, wellness, and intuitive practice. Certified since 2003, she has dedicated her life to guiding others through breath, fitness, and personal transformation.

She spent the past 11 years living in Bali, teaching and facilitating retreats that specialised in intuitive oracle card readings and spiritual mentoring. Prior to this, she owned and operated her own personal training and spiritual wellness studio in Melbourne for 12 years.

Now back in Kiama Australia, Tarina is excited to begin teaching at Emergence Yoga in Kiama. Her classes focus on the powerful connection between breath and movement, offering a practice that is both challenging and enjoyable. She teaches Intuitive Flow as well as Vinyasa Level 2 for seasoned practitioners~ this class is not for the faint-hearted — designed to help students go deep within, step outside their comfort zones, and discover their inner strength.
