Merv Hughes Fishing is back in Vic!

Tune into 7Mate this Sunday 4 Jan at 2:30pm as Merv takes you through our Arcadia Native Fish Hatchery near Shepp, now Australia’s biggest fish hatchery.

Merv then heads to Lake Nagambie chasing yellas and Murray cod, seeing firsthand the results of our nation-leading stocking program.

Our Arcadia hatchery, recently expanded to accommodate 6 million fish each year, is driving incredible fishing opportunities across the state, including in the Goulburn, and destinations like Rocklands, Eildon, and Lake Hume.

Expect plenty of Merv yarns, a peek at the scale of Arcadia’s upgrade and our production processes, and of course some catches that’ll have you itching to get out on the water.
