I always love to include other types of training into my week... one of which is running!🏃

Over lockdown there were many kilometres ran and it culminated in the Husky Half last weekend... which was very fun!!! Delighted with my time of 1.54!🙌😝

Having the time to train was SO amazing! It was only when I went back to school full time that I noticed just how great it was to have the SPACE, TIME and ENERGY for the challenge... my body didn't last long once I was back working full time at school!

Just getting my head back into post lockdown reality was a challenge in itself and trying to find an outdoor venue for POUND was tricky.... BUT THEN... I got an email this week to say WE ARE ALLOWED BACK into Kensington Public School NEXT THURSDAY 18th November!🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🥁💚 How EXCIIIIIIIIITIIIINNNG!!!

I always believe things happen at the right time and it is TIME TO GET BACK TO ROCKING OUT TOGETHER!! 🤟🥁🔥
