South Eastern Little Athletics Centre - SELAC Little Athletics is a not-for-profit organisation that introduces children aged from 3 to 16 years old to Athletics.

As the name suggests, Little Athletics is based upon the spo

rt of athletics (track and field) and the events are specially modified to suit the ages and abilities of children. Events vary for different age groups, but can include: 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 60m Hurdles, 80m Hurdles, 90m Hurdles, 100m Hurdles, 1100m Walk, and 1500m Walk. Further, many field events are on offer, including Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump, Shot Put, Discus and Javelin.

Throws will move back to Wednesdays at 445pm this week with Siena. Thanks to Jemima for coaching this season.
