We have published our next Step Up sessions at Heffron Park on Mondays - $22.50 per session for 1.5 hours of fitness, skills, technique correction and feedback.
We are running smaller groups so players get the chance for individual attention and personal instructions.

New STEP UP Programs now ready for bookings.
Last Thursday session today then we move to Mondays for 6 weeks starting 8 February.
Sessions at Heffron Park - 5 to 6.30-pm $22.50 per session - book as many weeks as you like.
Working on pre-season fitness, skills and agility with plenty of technique correction, this program is ideal for those 10 yrs to 15 years preparing to play Winter Competition.

We're back and kicking off 2021 with some STEP UP programs for 10 to 15 years olds.

First round of 3 weeks start next Thursday at Heffron - in time to get some practice in and gain some confidence before team selections.
Next round of STEP UP sessions will be on Mondays in TERM 1.
You can book as many weeks as you like - 1 or all - you know us, we are flexible and try to make it as easy as we can.

Hi Everyone
OK for all those that have been asking, due to demand we are holding 2 Step Up Sessions at Heffron Park the next 2 Friday afternoons. We will also hold more programs in early 2021 - we will advise dates and format once we have confirmed details.
The upcoming sessions will be suitable for 10yrs to 15yrs players looking to keep up some fitness and improve skills. Sessions will be 1.5 hours from 5pm to 6:30pm. To book go to our website:
