Between the write up in the local newspaper and radio station Triple M talking about Josh and Dale's upcoming trip to represent Australia at the WAKO Kickboxing World Championships in Portugal in the local news sports updates, the boys are fast becoming celebrities. Great to see and super well-deserved considering the hard work they have been putting in.
Come get your fix of Kickboxing and No Gi BJJ tonight.
Pilates is also on tonight 6.15-7.15pm if your seeking to balance things out or a change of pace to stretch and strengthen your body and spirit.

What an awesome night rock climbing and laser tagging!
So great to see everyone enjoying the night and having a fantastic time. Some great moments between climbing squeals and high scores on the laser tag...never realised how competitive people could be or how much they enjoyed shooting a coach 😁😁.
An amazing night - thanks so much to all those who came along. A great time.

The boys looking super stoked going two wins for their two fights today in Canberra at the WAKO event hosted at the AIS.
Josh and Dale taking the W's - amazing effort and achievements.
Knowing the work they have been putting into training in anticipation of heading overseas to represent Australia at the WAKO World champs in Portugal in November it's great to see them getting fantastic results!

Some fantastic Jiujitsu on display and lots of hard work and dedication on the mats!
Massive congrats to all those who levelled up with well earnt stripes and belts!

Kickboxing World Championships looming large for these two!!
Dale and Josh repping the National Team tracksuits in anticipation of their upcoming trip to Portugal to represent Australia at the WAKO World Championships in November.
The boys have been training hard...putting in tons of work in preparation of this opportunity and are certainly fired up and looking good.
Can't wait to see them step onto the world stage compete, repping MVMA, the Macleay Valley and Australia.
