With the beautiful weather warming up and the commencement of daylight savings just around the corner, Uncle Sando is checking his calendar to see when we can tee off again for our Friday afternoon Kids Golf Clinic! ⛳️🏌️‍♀️🏌️‍♂️

We’re looking forward to getting the kids back on the course, having some fun and learning a few more golf skills along the way! 😃

Watch this space! 👀 We’ll post here and on the Kempsey Golf Club page as soon as we have a date locked in.

Hey Kempsey Golf Kids,

It’s that time of year again when we begin to wind things down, as daylight saving ends this weekend and we lose those extra hours of Friday afternoon light.

With Good Friday coming up, this week’s Kids Clinic will be moved to Thursday afternoon (tomorrow). We’ve also heard a little rumour that the Easter Bunny might hop by and drop off some Easter eggs for our regular golfers 🐰🍫

Bring Mum and Dad along to enjoy a well earned end of week drink, and grab a burger cooked by one of our biggest supporters, Milly Hill Butchers.

Our final session will be held the following Friday, where we’ll wrap up the season with a sausage sizzle.

Sando will be back this afternoon with the kids clinic but with his wing in a sling after his surgery! We can't keep him away from the Golf Course! See you there gang!

He may just be slightly late so we'll look at kicking off around 5.15pm.

Starting next Friday 10th October from 5pm our junior golf clinic returns! 🏌️‍♀️🏌️‍♀️
Spend the afternoon with Uncle Sandy Abigall learning new skills and techniques. It's a great way for children to get into the sport and meet other enthusiasts all free of charge ⛳

Make an evening of it with our member's draw, raffles and weekly food options to follow.

Hey gang.... we are BUSTING to get back in to the swing of things now that daylight savings has blessed us with its presence but COVID restrictions on kids sports are still preventing us from kicking off 😭.

Please check this page for updates as we monitor easing of restrictions so we can get this show back on the road.

Hey little Golfers....a little update on what's going on with Kids Golf at the moment as we haven't made it back since the floods kicked everyone in the tail... in the midst of all that Daylight Savings came to an end and has robbed us of our valuable daylight!🌞

What we will do is play it by ear. If the weather on a Friday is predicted to be good we'll post an announcement and try and squeeze in a good hour from 4 to 5pm.

However we won't be back tomorrow. Coach will be away.

NOW....

👉 We have some good news to share about a future event coming up. Sunday 6th of June we're hosting an event by Jack Newton Junior Golf at Kempsey Golf Course!! How exciting!!

This particular program is for 7 to 14yr olds. The name of the event is 'Juniors on the Move'.

We'll post more details as they come to hand but whack that one on your calendar!
