Been a very quiet few months at RCR headquarters but we are finally making progress on the truck.
Finally got enough parts to get patrol diff under the rear. Mocking the 4 Link to diff and to frame and once happy I’ll stitch it in for good.
Also have the front Patrol housing at Slinky Customs getting mounts sorted/matching factory Jeep housing for easy bolt in as well as Hydro steering mounts.

So been very quiet on the posting lately with dealing in moving house and life. But thought I’d post up what’s been happening.
So after long weekends out at a mates property I had some teething issues with car over heating only to find out water/coolant leaking from waterpump. So thought I’d fix and replace waterpump and radiator since hasn’t been touched in time iv had it.
Also torn a rear shock in half so since iv been considering in doing Patrol diff swap what better time than to start now 😂 so started stripping rear end out to make way for Patrol diffs and coil overs 💪

So my temp replacement front diff is now getting stripped ready for clean up whilst waiting on new diff gears.
Selected to go the XJ High Pinion setup just to get big girl moving whilst I sort new setup which plan to start towards end of year so stay tuned. 😜

Well thought I’d quickly pull the diff cover off on front diff and do inspection.
Only to find a small surprise. Few teeth missing from Crown wheel 😬
Still unsure to why both lockers don’t work.
