REFUNDS - we listened, sat down as a team and processed every single one of your try booking tickets Friday and you should have already received your email and money back in your account, bank depending so if you haven’t please wait till Tuesday for some banks and check again

We are looking forward to October and are bringing more things to the event and a bigger party now for the WA Burnouts 10 year anniversary

This means all General Entry tickets and camping tickets have been refunded

- Unsealed Road Closure -

Effective immediately all unsealed roads within the Shire of Kellerberrin will be CLOSED to vehicles over 4.5T. The network will be continually assessed.

POST PONED DUE TO WEATHER
NEW DATES 23/24th of OCTOBER

After meetings with the property owner and committees involved, Pete (property owner) has made a decision to cancel the event due to the server dangers it could impose on road safety and road conditions at the moment.
We are well aware of the 4.5T limits of the roads but the conditions of this road after the rain are not worth putting people at risk. Again we apologies for the inconvenience, but the great thing is we have a new date and a bigger party going to be happening!

Drivers for all those entered & People seeking Passanger bands, they will be available from mullet burnout hut all weekend cash only

BYO - remember no glass so cans only

This is an open pad burnout event Friday night 28th August from 5pm till late & Saturday the 29th of August it will be open pad from 9am till late, as many sets as you want as much as you want.

All Drivers, Passengers & Spectators must buy a General entry ticket online to the Woodstock Pad Party from the link above $50 per person and camping pass is $10 per person.

Then on the days of the event all Competitors and Passengers will require the correct bands collection from the Mullet hut rear windows as well as payment Drivers $50 , Passengers $20

YOU DO NOT NEED A AASA OR A RACERS ACCREDITATION FOR THIS EVENT JUST A DRIVERS LICENCE OR GUARDIAN WITH ONE

YES WE CAN HAVE FIRES ASLONG AS IN DRUMS OR A FIREPIT

YES WE HAVE PLENTY OF CAMPING SPACE

STRICTLY NO TRAILERS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE PITS - we will have trailer parking available and there will be signs to show where that is and if you get stuck just look for the people wearing the yellow vests that state STAFF. PLEASE DONT FIGHT US ON THIS AS OUR EVENTS KEEP GROWING WE NEED TO PARK TRAILERS OUT OF THE WAY TO BE ABLE TO FIT EVERYONE IN THE PITS. Please remember to keep it tight so everyone has room
