l school groups, to sports teams and elite athletes. We can tailor my unique personalised programs to suit all skill and fitness levels. Looking for new ways to challenge the body further, led us to develop our own style, “Fusion Training”; a combination of different training elements utilising boxing, weights, cardio and core based elements to achieve a full body workout. The different methodologies utilised specifically target muscle groups not regularly used in average day to day training. We offer a range of Personal Training options to suit you needs, including:
