We’re signing off on this page (for now).

After reviewing our communications strategy and listening to member feedback, we’ve decided to pause regular posting here. This page has previously been used as a public-facing space to help people learn about our sports, share photos, and highlight schools and events.

Many pilots told us they were unsure of this page’s purpose, and felt it wasn’t the most useful or appropriate place to receive updates from SAFA. We heard that important updates, safety messages, and member news are best shared through official channels.

From here, we’ll be focusing on:

✈️ Airwaves: Now a regular member newsletter, landing in your inbox each month
📡 Official updates: Updated on the SAFA website, via emails, or direct communications from your club or state association
💬 Pilot discussions: Continuing on our official Facebook group, titled Sports Aviation Federation of Australia Members Forum (SAFA Official Forum)
