Congratulations to Patrick and Daniel on grading to 2nd and 3rd Kyu respectively in Matayoshi Kobudo.

Kobudo offers a range of benefits including enhanced physical coordination, strength, and flexibility through the practice of various traditional weapons including Bo, Sai and Tonfa.

Classes available Tuesday evenings, 8.00pm at BTB and Monday evenings, 7.30pm in Ocean Grove.
