Smart exercise prescription only works if we educate the client on the purpose & point of what they are doing.

Otherwise you’re literally just spinning wheels….

We can learn so much by being more open and receptive but It starts by looking inwards. Our perceptions of the outer world are just reflections of our inner world. 🌎

Some people have so much to say or such strong opinions on things they really have no idea about.

Ignorance isn’t ‘bliss’, it’s just ignorant and I truly feel sorry for people like this because they miss out on seeing so much daily beauty and learning so much from the world around them & the people in it from being this way.

Yoga philosophy & eastern culture taught me that awareness is the foundation.

& the wider the base, the higher the peak. ⛰️
