FCGG's Re-opening has been rather slow lately and Not all equipment is up and running again, but all in good time!

This weather is Workout Weather, so prepare those sexy bodies for tuning and Those not so sexy bodies to become sexy!

Yo been MIA for a little bit but over the next Week I shall be reorganizing the entire gym and setting her back up, all once again will be welcome, free of charge open from 4pm til when you can longer continue, Stay tuned, stay toned :)
