For over 8 years, Plus Fitness Katoomba has proudly supported grassroots football in the Upper Blue Mountains. 👏🏼

This season, we have taken on the Major Sponsorship position for the team! 🌟👌🏼

We have many players and parents of Mountain Devils JRLC that call Plus Fitness Katoomba home, and we couldn’t be happier to help them, both in their fitness journeys and on the footy field. 💪🏻🏉

Please note that Plus Fitness Katoomba will be unstaffed this Monday for the King’s Birthday public holiday.

✅ The gym will remain open 24/7 as normal for all members.

❌ 5:00pm Boxing – Cancelled

All classes and staffed hours will resume as normal from Tuesday.

May mayhem is done and dusted! It’s been a frenetic past month at Plus Fitness Katoomba, and despite the cold weather and dropping temperatures, attendance has been pushing onwards 💪🏻

A large part of this can be credited to our extended Fuel and Grocery Giveaway, where we’ve had 5 x $100 vouchers up for grabs, this time 1 Gym Entry = 1 Chance in the draw.

A massive congratulations to Katoomba High School Open Boys Basketball team for reaching the NSW Combined High Schools Basketball State Championship.🏀⛹🏼‍♂️

They are playing over the next two days at Sutherland Basketball Stadium as one of the final 8 teams in the tournament. 💪🏻

Many of you will know these boys, or have seen the majority of them training at our gym. Congratulations on your hard work and efforts to this point, and we’re cheering you on from the sidelines! 👏🏼

UTA week has arrived ⛰️💙

We’d like to wish the best of luck to Lou Clifton and all of our Plus Fitness Katoomba members taking on the trails this weekend across the various Ultra-Trail Australia events.🍀

Lou here is not only an incredible athlete, but a familiar and inspiring face around our gym and the wider Blue Mountains running community. With multiple elite finishes at UTA over the years, she knows better than most what it takes to tackle these trails.💪🏻

To all of our members racing this weekend — we know the work that’s gone in behind the scenes. The early mornings, long runs, tired legs and consistency. Now it’s time to enjoy the reward for all that hard work. 👏🏼

We’re proud to have you representing our community out there this weekend 👊
