Finals Day | August 2026

We're excited to be hosting the Finals today. This is where one team we progress to next weeks grand final and the other will finish off an amazing season of netball as part of The Mutual Bank Winter Competition.

Please remember that even during the intensity of a final the games are still about enjoying the game of netball, our umpires are still human and humans don't always get it right.

We ask all spectators to behave in a postive manner so that we can all have an enjoyable day whatever the result on the court.

We are a NO ALCOHOL, NO SMOKING, NO VA**NG Zone consistent with our license agreement with Port Stephens Council and our committment to the Good Sports program.

So let's cheer, be loud, have fun and watch some great games of netball today!

💙 OPALS 💙

It wasn’t the outcome we wanted, but what a way to finish the season.

The girls took on their Semi Final in the heat and, despite being down going into the final quarter, they never gave up. They dug deep, found another gear and fought all the way to the final whistle.

That last quarter showed exactly what these girls are made of — determination, heart, teamwork and a whole lot of fight. 👏

We couldn’t be prouder of the way they played, the way they supported each.

Well done, Opals. You gave it everything, and you should be incredibly proud of yourselves. 💙🤍

Please DO NOT sit on the logs they are a traffic barrier and also impede umpires ability to move safely behind the goal line.
