💙 Dampier Runathon4Telethon – Get Your Team Involved! 💙

This October, the Dampier and Karratha communities are coming together to raise funds for Telethon, supporting children and families across Western Australia.

📅 Saturday 17 & Sunday 18 October 2026
⏰ Starts: 9:00am Saturday
🏁 Finishes: 3:00pm Sunday
📍 Windy Ridge Oval, Dampier

We’re calling on local sporting clubs, businesses and community groups to get involved!

👟 Enter a Team
Get your staff, players, members, family or friends together and take part by running or walking.

⏱️ Each team will be allocated a 4-hour overlapping time slot to keep the Runathon moving throughout the event.

👥 Team Size: Up to 30 people
💰 Team Entry: $2,000
✅ No minimum number of participants

You don’t have to be a runner — there are options for all fitness levels, and simply being involved is a great way to support the cause and connect with the community.

❤️ Can’t enter a team? You can still help!

Businesses, clubs and individuals can support the event by:
• Making a donation
• Sponsoring a team
• Matching fundraising efforts
• Sharing the event with your networks

Every contribution helps us raise vital funds for WA kids and families through the Channel 7 Telethon Trust.

With the Kats Home Grand Final this weekend, we’re looking for anyone with a current RSA who can spare some time to jump behind the bar and help us out! 🐱💙🤍

Even an hour or two would make a huge difference and help keep the bar running smoothly on what’s going to be a massive day for our club.

KATS YOUTH PRESENTATION NIGHT 2026 💙🤍🐾

What a way to wrap up another season with our final presentation for our Year 7/8/9 and Year 10/11/12 teams!

Wednesday night was all about celebrating our players, coaches and the people who make our youth footy what it is. From the first training session to the final siren, we’ve watched these young men grow, compete, support their teammates and represent the Kats with pride.

A huge congratulations to all of our award recipients — every award was well deserved and a reflection of the effort put in throughout the season. 👏

A huge congratulations to Harry Morley, who has been named joint winner of the 2026 WPJFL 7/8/9 Best & Fairest, finishing the season on an outstanding 16 votes.

This is a fantastic achievement and a great reward for Harry’s consistency, effort and performances throughout the season.

🏉 YEAR 3/4 & 5/6 END OF SEASON PRESENTATIONS 💙🤍

What a way to wrap up another fantastic season of junior footy! 🐱

Yesterday we celebrated our Year 3/4 and 5/6 Kats and everything they’ve achieved throughout the season. From the first bounce to the final siren, it’s been awesome watching these kids grow in confidence, build friendships, learn new skills and, most importantly, have plenty of fun along the way.

A huge thank you to our coaches, assistant coaches, team managers, volunteers and parents who give up so much of their time each week to make junior footy happen. It takes a village, and we couldn’t do it without you. 👏
