CALLING ALL PARENTS & CLUB LEGENDS!
If you’ve ever thought about getting a little more involved in our swim community, now’s the perfect time.

Swimming WA is running a Technical Officials course on Tuesday 7th of July, right here during the Tri-Series — and we’d love to see some fresh faces jump on board.

Becoming a Technical Official is fun, rewarding, and surprisingly easy.
No extra time outside of swim meets, no big commitments — it’s basically the same time you already give as a timekeeper, except you get to choose the sessions that suit you best.

As our older swimmers head off to uni, we’re feeling the gap. To keep our club strong, thriving, and able to host and attend meets, we need to build up our team of officials again.

If you’re keen, curious, or just want to help keep Karratha swimming strong, this is your moment.
Step up, learn something new, and be part of the action.

Our club runs on community — and we’d love you to be part of it.

Huge congratulations to our very own Karratha coach, Briana Crisp, on her selection as a WA Coach for the 2026 Ngarluma Tri-Series!
We’re absolutely thrilled — Briana brings passion, skill and heart to our swimmers every single day, and seeing her recognised at state level is something our whole club is celebrating.

This year’s Tri-Series is bigger than ever, with teams from Victoria and New Zealand joining WA right here at the Karratha Leisureplex from 6–11 July. It’s the perfect chance for everyone to come down, cheer loudly, and enjoy the excitement as top athletes from across Australia and overseas hit the water.

Bring your mates, bring your energy, and let’s show the state — and our visiting teams — how Karratha supports its own.
