Lets talk about being defeated by your check-in!

Ladies we all know the drill.. You step on the scale at the end of the week feeling defeated. You feel like you gave it your all, you stuck to food, macros steps and movement so WHY ISN'T THE SCALE MOVING, you are ready to give up and pour yourself a drink and order takeout.

Well here is your REMINDER to follow the coach's instructions and check in with PHOTOS, measurements and the scale, because it all matters.

This is me- version on the left depressed, lost in life and this year absolutely kicked my ass emotionally, mentally and my self-love had disappeared.

The right was today. I committed to pouring back into my own cup, sticking to the plan and you wouldn't guess how long it took me between photos to go from mum bum to rounder peach .....and better confidence.

My scale has barely moved I think about 900g over the entire time. My measurements have slightly changed but YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THE DIFFERENCE.
The definition, less flabby, more toned and overall better physique because lifting weights is the key.

Scales won't always show your progress and that's so important to remember along the way. It's how you feel, how your clothes fit and the habit stacking that you are building to change your life. It all adds up and in those moments of struggle its important to reflect on where you started and how far you have come.

So when you feel like giving up don't.
It's working I promise you, you are 1 day of consistency closer to a breakthrough. Future you will be so grateful you kept going.

It won't happen overnight, but I promise it will. And when you think it's not working, i promise it is. This is one of my beautiful clients, and WOW, what an absolute glow up.
I am so proud of our journey together, the mental obstacles, the mindset shifts we have made, and the habits you have created.
It's all paying off and WOW.

When people start noticing the difference and share with me as you coach how incredible you are looking, im so grateful to be apart pf this journey. Today, we thought we'd compare how far we have come and really see the impact of our BBB journey.

We are definitely not done yet. We have done all this without weight training and have focussed on mindset, building up steps and nutrition. But phase 2 has commenced, and weight training has been added, and to say I'm excited for what's to come is an understatement.

Positive Self-talk.
It's so easy to wake up in the morning and focus on all the negatives, ll the things going wrong. All the parts of you that you don't like, the flabby bits, the mum tum, the saggy bum, and let's not forget the Tina the talking tummy.

But what if I told you what you tell yourself every day is what you start to believe.
Positive Self talk is proven to have a positive impact on your overall mental health and mindset.

What we think we become
What we believe we achieve
And what we tell ourselves becomes how we feel.

So if you catch yourself talking negatively about yourself, I want you to STOP and say something kind and positive.

For the month of APRIL, I challenge you to say it in the mirror, text it to a friend, post it on your story, and start the positive self-talk journey.

It's time to fall back in love with you.

Ok, so now HOW DO WE GET BACK INTO ROUTINE THIS 2025

1. Focus on consistency, not perfection
I am moving my body three 3x a week this week to start slower

2. Focus on Nutrition
Incooperate a large variety to fuel your body with protein fruit and vegetables
I will be tracking macros at maintenance to begin my routine adjusting weekly towards my goals

3. Steps moving my body everyday ontop of my work out to my allocated step count non neg.

4. Water 3L minimum a day
Water has some many benefits and a huge impact on the success rate of clients

5. Sleep 8 hours non-negotiable
Sleep is where our body does all the things, builds muscles, recovers, and lack of sleep, and increases water retention in our bodies. Sleep is critical. This alone will help you achieve results
