Heya everyone!! I have been so absent from this page, but I am going start posting again 😄 Every Wednesday I do small group HIIT sessions at 6pm! It goes for 30 minutes and only costs 10 bucks! PLUS the first session is free 😍 hope you are having a beautiful day!!

Was able to whip out a quick ab sesh this morning which makes me super happy because I havent had the most energy for the past couple of weeks 😄😴. Trying so hard to get my diet right and figure out what works for my body and hypoglycemia, especially when it comes to being able to train properly, with a decent amount of energy. 😅 all in good time 😰🏃🏼‍♀️💃🏼
