Heya All Stars, bad news! We won't be able to start back with the boot camps tomorrow morning unfortunately. Our flight, which was supposed to take off now, has been pushed back 24 hours. So we'll only be arriving back in WA late Monday. The first session back will be Tuesday evening at 6pm. Sorry for any inconvenience All Stars. Hope to see you all soon. Paul Di Nunzio

Heya All Stars, hope you're all enjoying the long weekend thus far. Unfortunately, my turn has come to join the COVID club. I tested positive last Thursday morning. Luckily it hasn't felt like anything more than a head cold. Gabby made a full recovery very quickly and Tristin just received his positive result last night. The kids did a perfect 7-day tag team rotation. Shan is feeling a little left out atm :P

So no classes until Friday morning this week! The first session back will be at 5.30am on Friday morning at Kardinya and all normal from then onwards.

Stay safe, stay active and I hope to see you guys bright and early Friday or Saturday morning this week. Paul

It’s something I wish I knew when I started training. Whatever fitness results you’re after, if you’re incorporating resistance exercise into your routine, consider this to be your training commandments. Paul
