We were travelling really well on Saturday, after prologue 11th, we had trouble in heat 1 but still managed to be in 12th outright.

The damage from last weekends Gundy 250, didn't stop us finishing all laps. Now it's time to talk with Kartek Off Road for all the good parts to repair the car in time for the Burdekin 300. I'm gunna need some new Mickey Thompson Tires Australia for the girl.

The race was awesome, finally really feeling the car is getting there. The bent arm never felt bad whilst racing, but now in the light of day it doesn't look great. Still came away with 2nd in class against a quality field, now the bills start coming in.

Car is loaded, only needing to do smaller stuff tomorrow before we're off to the Gundy 250. This time I have an ex Infantry soldier as my first time navi, it's gundy what's to be concerned about?

Many thanks to Jason Wilson for helping getting the car back together and the NQ Raemus crew as well. The rebuilt Weddle Industries transmission, feels as smooth as silk thanks to Marson Race Transmissions. Just a 2 day road trip to go.

It's been a while since our last post, we've been held up waiting for our transmission getting an upgraded diff.
Magic work thanks to Jason Wilson we have got the car close to being ready for the Gundy 250 at the end of the month.

Long in between posts, but we haven't been hiding, just lazy on the socials.
Annie is well amongst changing over the GPS to a touch screen version. We're all ready to receive the rebuild transmission from Marson Race Transmissions in the next couple of weeks.

We have also been doing some hours with the Veteran project car, Project Cobra, both instructing and supporting veterans working on the car. This is a great project that'll see the car being used by "Future Champions" class in the NQ region. Lot's of parts to be ordered from Kartek Off Road in the coming weeks.

Feeling a lot better after a failed Don River Dash attempt last month. The car was amazing until the clutch let go, totally cooked.
Grossly dissapointing as we were comfortable 3rd in class after lap 1 and could definately go faster if needed.
They always say, new parts lift morale, thank to Jason and Annie for stepping up and helping put the car back togther. We now need to finish off the rebuild ready for the 2025 Veterans Mental Health Week event in the Burdekin.
