Southern BJJ and Grappling Established in 2013, Southern BJJ and Grappling Hobart is affiliated with North East BJJ and Grappling.

Headed up by Gavin Rutledge (Black Belt) & Steve Smith (Purple Belt) under the guidance of Damus Fry (Black Belt), we are an all Tasmanian affiliation.

Hey guys we are going to add a session in on a Saturday arvo probably once a month.
This will replace the Thursday night prior.

First one is Saturday the 1st of February at 1430hrs all welcome

It was a privilege for us to have Southern BJJ and Grappling Coach and Start BJJ Black Belt, Gavin Rutledge, in the Academy again on Friday and to be able to award him his Professor's bar 🥋 It is a testament to his ongoing commitment to Jiu Jitsu and to his students 💯👏 and it is a pleasure to now call you Professor 🥋🎓🙏
