My name is Thomas Stevens, owner and head trainer of Thomas Stevens Personal Training for the past 8 years. I hold my Certificates 3 and 4 in Fitness and Personal Training and a master’s level personal training qualification. I also hold my boxing certificates for group or 1 on 1 sessions as well as being an active competitive boxer myself. I hold my current CPR, First Aid and insurance documents
as well.What do I specialize in and what can you expect to do in a session?I specialize in high intensity circuits designed to help you strip body fat and build strong lean muscles whilst building your general fitness all at the same time. I do this through small and big circuits and a huge variety of exercises! YOU WILL NEVER DO THE SAME PROGRAM TWICE!! You will use equipment such as kettlebells, battle ropes, boxing pads, TRX's, dead balls and heaps more. All my training is backed by my extensive knowledge from my ongoing studies, research and experience in the fitness industry.I always mix the training up so you will never get bored. It also means your body will never get used to the training and the results won’t plateau. It’s always different, always fun and creative, and keeps you moving forward and improving all the time.What areas do I service?I service a huge area of Brisbane! I have clients from The Gap, Ashgrove, Red Hill, CBD locations, Chermside, Everton Park, Mitchelton, Grange, Wilston, Albion, Ferny Hills, Bracken Ridge, Aspley, Bridgeman Downs, Windsor, Dutton Park, Westend, Highgate Hill, Rocklea, Yeronga, Annerley and many more locations!! Some have never trained in their life, others have been training most of their life and some have done bits and pieces over the years. The sessions are personalised and tailored for you to maximise your results, therefore the training suits any and every one!How do I track your results?Your results are what drive you to keep going so it’s very important to keep track of them! I do it several ways which include taking your measurements, weigh-ins, skin fold testing and physical fitness testing. I can do some or all of these as often as you like! Some people prefer weekly, others do fortnightly and some do monthly testing. Whatever works best for you and is going to push you to achieve your goals is what I do!Do I offer nutritional help?Yes I do! A huge part of achieving any health and fitness goal is what you are putting into your body.
