Our Kangatraining Kids class starts in a circle where we do our welcome, warm up, sing songs based on the classes theme and work on our body recognition.

This start helps our Tinies become comfortable and secure enough to join the next activities.

But the most important part is that we recognize that kids will be kids and each will have their own needs. Some will run circles around us while others will cuddle and just observe 👀

This class is not about ‘musts’ or ‘should’, it’s about providing opportunities for joy and movement at each child’s starting point.
