Warrnambool Yoga Festival. 🙏
I'm still sitting with it honestly.
Teaching yesterday morning was one of those experiences that just… hits different. You walk in not quite knowing what to expect, you look out at a room full of people who chose to show up on a Sunday morning and give themselves this — and something in your chest just opens right up.
I'm not going to pretend I wasn't nervous. I was. But the moment we started moving and breathing together, that all just melted away.
To everyone who was on the mat with me — genuinely, thank you. You gave me so much more than I gave you. Your energy, your willingness, the way you just leaned in — I felt it. Every bit of it.
And to the people behind the Warrnambool Yoga Festival — what you're doing matters. More than you probably realise. Thank you for creating something that brings people together like this. 🌿
I drove home with the biggest smile and an incredibly full heart.
This is why I teach. Not for the perfect class or the perfect pose. For that feeling. That room. Those people.

Just a quick note on the upcoming schedule at Balmoral Recreation Centre, 7:00pm Wednesdays:

❌ No classes:
• 3 June
• 10 June

🧘‍♀️ We’re back:
• 17 June
• 24 June (final class for term)

Our last session on 24 June will be a gentle restorative yoga class to wind down and reset for winter — a lovely slow finish to term.

Then we’ll take a short break and return for Term 3 on Wednesday 15 July at 7:00pm.

Warrnambool Yoga Festival

HI, Im Michelle from Fulham Yoga & Pilates and I’ll be teaching at the Warrnambool Yoga Festival on Saturday 13 June at 8:30am ✨

It’s a full weekend of yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, workshops and community — all held in the beautiful Emmanuel Centre. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practising for years, there’s something really welcoming about this festival.

My class will be steady, grounding and quietly uplifting 🌿
Think slow flow, Gi gong moments, mindful movement, breath, strength without force, and space to properly reset.

Honestly… a pretty good reason to head to the south-west coast in winter 🤍 Especially as Warrnambool in June has its own kind of magic 🌊 Cold sea air, big skies, warm cafés and that feeling the coast gives you when you finally slow down.

Full Body Fit is all about moving, lifting, and feeling good in your body. Nothing fancy… just a solid, upbeat session that leaves you energised and smiling.

Good music, good people, a bit of a push… and that “glad I came” feeling after.

Slow. Quiet. Unrushed.
You don’t need to be flexible or know anything about yoga — just come in, lie down, and let the body soften.

It’s more rest than effort.
Long, gentle holds… space to breathe… time to switch off for a bit.

Most people leave feeling lighter, calmer, a little more like themselves again.

🌿 Yin Yoga – Harrow 🌿

If you’ve been feeling a bit tight, tired, or simply needing a moment to slow down, this class might be just what you’re looking for.

Yin Yoga is a gentle, slower style of yoga where we spend time in each pose, allowing the body to gradually soften and release. With the support of props, the practice becomes comfortable and deeply relaxing.

Rather than moving quickly through lots of poses, Yin Yoga gives the body time to stretch the deeper connective tissues, improve mobility and ease everyday stiffness. Many people also find it incredibly calming for the mind — a chance to step out of the busyness of the day and simply breathe.

The class has a friendly, relaxed feel, and you don’t need to be flexible or have any previous yoga experience. Options are always offered so you can move at your own pace.

🌿 New Class Starting at the Harrow Bush Nursing Centre

If you’ve been meaning to get moving again but don’t want anything too intense, this new class might be just the thing.

Full Body Fit is a relaxed, friendly class where we move through a mix of body weight exercises, bands and light weights to gently build strength and improve mobility. There’s low-impact cardio, plenty of functional movement, and we always finish with stretching so you leave feeling good.

It’s not about being super fit.
It’s about moving your body, feeling stronger and enjoying it.

The class runs for 45 minutes with motivating music and is suitable for most people.
